The most traditional way to design your frame is to add the name of the event owners and the event date with a small, related icon for decoration. For company events, we recommend adding the company logo as well, plus the date and event title. The most popular sizes are 4” x 4” (10cm x 10cm), 4” x 3” (10cm x 7.5cm), 4.7” x 4.7” (12cm x 12cm). Of course, we can make a frame any size you want. The sizes above are the most recommended and most popular. You can check our gallery for inspiration.

We are coming to the event location 30 minutes before the event and set up our printing gear in a separate room. The moment your guests start arriving, our job begins. We are covering the event from the first guest’s arrival until the last person leaves. You will get to choose a frame for your photos according to your taste, and we are providing consultations regarding choice. Also, you will be provided with a flash drive containing all the photos at the end of the event. For further information, please check the link below.

We are using a dye sublimation printer for the best possible printing quality on the market. The photos are supposed to last many years after the event if held in typical conditions.

We will arrive half an hour before the event starts and stays until the last guest leaves the place.

After printing the photos, we will hang them on a magnetic display board or on a wire hanging display so that each guest can take his pictures.

Our services are suitable for any event with 50 guests and more. For any event where you would like to invest in your guests and give them a souvenir that will stay with them after the event for many years to come.

We recommend one photographer + one graphic designer per 300 guests for best results.

 

Check the brightness and the sharpness of the photo. Check the resolution. Check the composition and how accurate are the prints cuts. A professional photographer should shoot with super-accurate exposure and clear focus. The colors must be accurate as well. Also, the filmed subject needs to be at the center of the photo.

 

Our goal is to provide at least one souvenir to each guest. However, we are covering the entire event with no limits. Usually, every guest gets a few.

 

Yes, we are providing a flash drive with all the photos at the end of the event.

 

We are asking deposit of 30% when ordering our service and the rest after the event. We are excepting all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

 

Yes. We recommend one photographer for every 300 guests in order not to miss a moment during the event.

Of course! Regardless of the weather that happens to be on the day of your event, we are well-equipped and ready to come and make it memorable!

Yes, we do! That’s a reason we bring all the equipment and a graphic designer. All of your photos will be edited during the event itself and presented to your guests on a magnet.

 

Once our photographer comes to the place of the event, you can discuss any particular demands you have with him, and based on the possibilities, he will meet your requests.
